Clinical Pharmacist: Patient Care & Medication Safety

In this role, you will educate patients and healthcare team members about medication use, oversee medication safety, and engage in direct patient care. You will be responsible for reviewing medication orders and ensuring smooth transitions of care throughout the treatment process. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy and a valid RPH license, with hospital experience preferred.
