We are looking for a Shipper candidate in the Leetsdale area with a starting wage of $18.35 per hour!

It is the responsibility of the Shipper to support production and shipment schedules, as well as prepare products for shipment in accordance with shipping instructions and customer requests. This position primarily requires interaction with many different departments in manufacturing.

Shipper r ole responsibilities:

• Prepare and pack products for shipment using appropriate materials.
• Verify the quantity of product to ship is accurate against packing list.
• Visually inspect outbound products for defects.
• Prepare necessary documents and paperwork for shipments.
• Understand and use work orders, sales orders, and storeroom procedures.
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and organization through 6S practices.
• Participate in preparation and performance of physical inventories of all parts.
• Operate overhead crane as needed.
• Perform other related duties as necessary.
• Overtime is required as needed.

Skills and Abilities :

• High school diploma or GED is required
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• ERP experience is preferred; SAP experience is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain Forklift Certification to drive a forklift is required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently
