Machine Operator

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Machine Operator to join our production team. This is a high-energy role that requires constant movement, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to handle heavy materials. You will be responsible for the primary operation of our coil machinery, ensuring a steady flow of production by managing material coils and performing routine maintenance. Perks: Lots of room for advancement PTO and benefits Great Work Environment salary: $37,440 - $46,000 per year shift: First work hours: 6 AM - 2:30 PM education: High School Responsibilities Coil Management: Load, position, and thread heavy metal coils into the machine. Monitor the feed to ensure continuous operation and replace exhausted coils promptly. Machine Operation: Oversee the stamping and cutting process, ensuring the machine is running at peak efficiency and output meets quality standards. Mechanical Maintenance: Perform basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on machines to minimize downtime. Quality Control: Visually inspect finished parts for defects and ensure precise cuts according to specifications.
