Type: Contract (13 weeks plus)
Schedule: Variable day and afternoon shifts
Technology: Cerner electronic medical records and Omnicell medication dispensing systems

Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense medications and maintain thorough documentation
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapies
• Monitor patient medication regimens and provide clinical guidance
• Manage pharmacy operations adhering to hospital policies and compliance standards
• Educate patients and healthcare staff regarding medication usage and safety

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist in Wisconsin or willingness to obtain Act10 temporary license
• Hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Competency with Cerner and Omnicell systems is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
