Conduct a variety of routine and advanced clinical laboratory examinationsranging from chemistry and hematology to immunology and moreall in accordance with established protocols.

Evaluate test outcomes for precision, troubleshoot anomalies, and carry out preventive maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.

Assist in specimen gathering and prepare samples for testing as needed.

Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor new staff or trainees, and ensure lab quality compliance.

Uphold a tidy and secure work environment while adhering to regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health degree alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) obtained within one year from the start date.

Maintain active certification throughout your employment.

Strong communication abilities and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork with healthcare providers.
