Key Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic services such as facials, chemical peels, and advanced skincare treatments
- Provide electrolysis hair removal services in compliance with safety and licensing standards
- Conduct skin consultations and create personalized treatment plans
- Educate clients on skincare routines and professional products
- Recommend services and retail products based on client needs
- Maintain accurate and compliant treatment documentation
- Support clinic growth through rebooking and treatment plan recommendations
- Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and proper maintenance of treatment areas
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a high-quality client experience
- Active Florida Esthetician License
- Electrolysis License (required)
- 2+ years of experience in a med spa, dermatology, or aesthetic setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of skincare treatments and medical-grade products
- Ability to recommend and explain treatment plans confidently
- Excellent communication and client relationship-building skills
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
