Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patient conditions quickly and accurately upon arrival to determine urgent needs.
  
  
• 
  Implement and evaluate individualized care plans tailored to emergency situations.
  
  
• 
  Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
  
  
• 
  Document patient interactions, assessments, and interventions thoroughly and promptly.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and their families about ongoing care and post-discharge instructions.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid and current Registered Nurse license.
  
  
• 
  Proven experience in emergency or critical care nursing preferred.
  
  
• 
  Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  
  
• 
  Ability to remain calm and efficient in high-stress situations.
  
  
• 
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• 
  BLS and ACLS certifications required.
