Benefits Full-Time Employment Competitive Compensation Paid training Customized to Your Needs Medical, Dental, Vision, and Chiropractic Benefits Life Insurance 401K Company Vehicle (Truck) Company Cell Phone Smart Tablet for Performing Services Role-Specific Continuing Education Leadership Development Opportunities for Career Growth Job Responsibilities Inspect vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately Inspect vehicle computer and electronic systems to repair, maintain and upgrade Maintains inventory of basic servicing materials to ensure timely maintenance and promote fleet efficiency for Branch Works directly with various vendors for services and repairs that require outsourcing Collaborates with Branch Manager and Corporate to evaluate and forecast vehicle needs for the Branch Works with buyers to sell aging/cost raising vehicles Available for light roadside vehicle and equipment repair Conduct routine maintenance work (replacing fluids, lubricating parts etc.) aiming to vehicle functionality and longevity Schedule future maintenance sessions and advise motorists on good vehicle use Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues (e.g., leaks) Provide accurate estimates (cost, time, effort) for a repair or maintenance job Utilizes fleet software to track vehicle issues, repairs and maintenance Maintain equipment and tools in good condition Assist Technicians with their everyday needs Maintain the branch lot and office Traveling to pick up and drop off at indicated locations in a company vehicle Attend branch-organized meetings and trainings Maintain quality relationships with co-workers Available for field work on a regular basis Are you interested in learning more?
