Premier at Perry Village is committed to delivering exceptional care and enhancing the quality of life for our residents. We are seeking a Registered Dietitian for a full-time, onsite role to support our mission of providing outstanding nutritional care.
Position Overview
As a Registered Dietitian, you will play a key role in assessing, planning, and implementing individualized nutrition care plans for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments, including for residents with complex medical needs
- Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans
- Monitor residents' nutritional status and revise care plans as needed
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to integrate dietary services into overall care
- Provide guidance to dietary staff on menu planning, therapeutic diets, and regulatory compliance
- Educate residents and families on nutrition goals and dietary modifications
- Ensure adherence to all relevant state and federal dietary regulations
Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Dietitian in Pennsylvania
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting preferred
- Strong understanding of therapeutic diets and regulatory standards
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with EMR systems preferred
