Account ManagerNashville, TN, United StatesJob DescriptionEngage with prospects using a relationship sales-based approachGenerate new business by cold calling, utilizing relationships and lead trackingMaintain positive relationships with existing clientsFollow proven sales process and proceduresBalance book of business between servicing existing customers and new business developmentStay up to date with tasks within CRMRequirements2+ years of successful sales experience within the IT/Technology field (cold calling, prospecting, relationship management, closing business)Outside sales experience in IT Professional Services or StaffingFast-paced, self-motivated, and team-orientedExcellent business development and relationship building skillsNatural personality for the desire to winFull understanding of the sales cycle including prospecting, effectively following up, setting qualified appointments, delivering proposals and closing the dealProven track record in outside sales, business development and ability to influence decisions and close the dealBachelors Degree
