We're looking for a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT / CLT) who's ready to begin or grow their career in a setting where your work is valued, your curiosity is welcomed, and your impact is real. Whether you're newly graduated or nearing the end of your MLT program, this full-time role offers day, night, and weekend shifts, giving you the flexibility to balance work with life in a town that's as relaxing as it is inspiring.

Here, your days will be filled with meaningful, hands-on experiencecollecting and analyzing samples, running diagnostic tests, operating modern lab equipment, and contributing directly to patient care. You'll learn the ins and outs of quality control, documentation, and lab compliance, all while developing the confidence and skillset to grow your career with purpose.

We're seeking someone with an associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Clinical Laboratory Technology, Biology, or a related field, along with ASCP, AMT, or equivalent certificationor the drive to earn it. If you're detail-oriented, team-focused, and drawn to the rhythm of lab work, we'd love to get to know you.
