The Accounting & Advisory Services Fractional Controller plays a central role in ADKF’s CAS practice, delivering outsourced accounting , advisory, and controller level support to clients in diverse industries. This role combines strong technical accounting expertise with client‑focused advisory responsibilities. It is an ideal opportunity for a current audit senior in public accounting who is ready to step away from repetitive audit cycles and move into a more client‑facing, advisory‑driven role with long‑term career growth. What You’ll Do Manage recurring accounting engagements for multiple clients, delivering accurate and timely accounting services Prepare and review financial statements, month‑end close, and reconciliations Provide advisory insights on financial performance, cash flow, and operational metrics Assist clients with process improvement, internal controls, and accounting best practices Support and sometimes lead onboarding for new CAS clients Collaborate with partners and managers on engagement strategy and client communication Mentor and guide accounting staff team members within the CAS department Build lasting client relationships based on clarity, responsiveness, and trust What You Bring Required Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 3–6 years of accounting experience , including strong technical accounting skills Recent public accounting experience (especially as an audit senior or accounting services senior ) Audit experience typically produces the ideal skillset for an Accounting Services senior : analytical rigor, documentation discipline, GAAP fluency, and multi‑client project management Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines Excellent communication and client‑service skills[SP1] Preferred CPA license or active progress toward CPA certification Experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Restaurant 365 Public accounting experience in audit , outsourced accounting, or advisory services Why ADKF?
