What You'll Do Develop and lead a Safety Culture that is consistent with CMC standards Lead all department personnel in a professional manner toward achieving company performance goals with emphasis on safety, quality, and meeting all company standards Ability to determine correct truck and trailer to service customers Supervise truck maintenance and DOT logs while ensuring that proper equipment is available Establish strategies to efficiently and cost effectively maintain or increase production in conjunction with management and division priorities Regularly communicate, interact and coordinate with internal and external customers What You'll Need Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience required Ability to work as a team player in a fast‑paced environment with strong work ethic, attention to detail, and organizational skills Prior DOT and dispatching experience preferred DOT manual compliance and regulations knowledge SAP system experience preferred Strong computer skills required (good knowledge of Outlook, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Exceptional customer service skills required Exceptional leadership and team building skills Your Education High School Diploma or GED required Bachelor's degree preferred CMC is committed to providing equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, physical or mental disability, national origin, citizenship, military or veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, genetic information, or other status protected by federal, state or local law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
