Project Executive - Heavy Civil Salary: $150,000 - $210,000 A growing heavy civil contractor is seeking an experienced Vice President of Construction to lead overall operations, project execution, and field performance across the organization. This role is ideal for a proven leader with a strong background in site development, utilities, and infrastructure construction, as well as the ability to drive operational excellence and growth.
