Bilingual French Call Center Representative

Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls in English and French. Translate and communicate clearly across both languages. Assist customers with billing, account updates, and general inquiries. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions. Escalate complex issues to appropriate department. Follow company policies and procedures for customer interactions. Meet daily and monthly performance goals. Candidate Qualifications Must be 18 years or older. High school diploma or GED required. Bilingual fluency in English and French is mandatory. Excellent listening and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Prior experience in a bilingual customer service role is preferred. Requirements & Conditions Must be authorized to work in Canada. Willing to submit up to a LevelII background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers contingent on results. Willing to submit to drug screening (does not apply in Canada). Must be able to sit/stand for long periods and use a computer and telephone headset. Ability to move objects up to40pounds.
