Job Summary

We are immediately hiring General Production Workers to perform simple, repetitive welding tasks on thermoplastic composite materials in a clean aerospace manufacturing environment. This role involves standing for long hours and working independently to meet production goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate fixed-track iron to weld composite materials into finished rolls
• Perform touch-ups using handheld tools
• Inspect products for quality and defects
• Follow safety and production procedures
• Complete repetitive tasks while meeting daily targets
• Assist with basic production, packaging, and material handling

Requirements

• Experience in production, assembly, or general labor preferred
• Ability to perform repetitive work and stand 8–10 hours
• Good attention to detail and vision for inspection
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic hand tool experience

Work Environment

• Clean, organized aerospace facility
• Use of modern equipment (welders, ovens, presses, etc.)
• Fast-paced, repetitive work at a stationary workstation

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of POST FALLS, ID.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
