We're seeking a compassionate and dependable L icensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing healthcare team in Honesdale, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who enjoys a supportive environment, values teamwork, and is passionate about providing high-quality medical care.
As part of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, you'll provide comprehensive nursing care while working alongside physicians, advanced practice providers, and staff to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate patient care. We have 12-hour shifts and need coverage during both day and night. Please note when applying which shift you would prefer.

What You'll Do

• Perform patient assessments, obtain vital signs, and document medical histories
• Administer medications, injections, treatments, and other nursing procedures
• Respond to urgent medical concerns and assist with emergency care when needed
• Monitor patients with acute and chronic medical conditions
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR/EHR)
• Assist providers with examinations and treatment plans
• Coordinate patient care, referrals, and medical transports
• Maintain medication records and ensure regulatory compliance
• Support infection control procedures and specimen collection
• Schedule appointments and provide administrative support to the medical department
• Assist with credentialing, medical documentation, data entry, billing support, and confidential record management
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania LPN license
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
• Experience in healthcare, emergency medicine, hospital, long-term care, or other high-acuity settings is preferred
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR/EHR) systems is a plus
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
