Job Overview Response Security Officer – GardaWorld Security Services – Goodyear, AZ This position is open to veterans, transitioning military, National Guard and Reserve members, military spouses, wounded warriors, and their caregivers. Responsibilities Monitor premises to ensure security. Conduct patrols to spot suspicious activity. Control access points and verify identities. Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats. Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security. Write detailed reports on events and incidents. Collaborate with authorities during serious situations. Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property. Qualifications Authorized to work in the United States. High School diploma or GED. Pass an extensive screening process. Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations. Strong problem‑solving skills. Security, military, or law‑enforcement experience preferred. State license if required. Compensation & Benefits Schedule: Wed–Fri 10 pm–6 am and Sat–Sun 10 pm–6 am (Supervisor). Hourly wage: $19.43–$21.53 (DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees).
