Integrate literacy, social-emotional learning, and culturally responsive practices where appropriate.Student Support: Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students, providing additional support where needed to ensure all students thrive academically and socially/emotionally.Collaborative Planning: Collaborate with classroom teachers and instructional leaders to support schoolwide initiatives, interdisciplinary connections, and student engagement.Assessment: Monitor and assess student growth in skills, participation, and content-area standards using developmentally appropriate performance-based assessments.Family and Community Engagement: Build strong partnerships with families, communicating regularly about student progress and supporting them in their childs educational journey.Professional Development: Actively participate in professional development opportunities to grow as an educator and contribute to the development of the schools academic programs and culture.Behavior and Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment that promotes respect, responsibility, and kindness.
