Social Media Content Creator

The Plastic Surgery Group is seeking a highly organized, creative, and strategic Marketing Specialist to oversee the marketing and brand presence of our surgical practice and MedSpa across multiple locations. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing initiatives that support patient education, brand growth, and new patient acquisition. The Marketing Specialist will oversee digital marketing, social media strategy, website content, search engine optimization (SEO), advertising campaigns, and patient engagement initiatives. This role will also manage marketing for both the practice and individual physicians, ensuring consistent messaging, brand integrity, and compliance with healthcare marketing regulations. What You'll Do: Develop and execute marketing campaigns for the surgical practice and MedSpa. Manage social media, physician accounts, content calendars, engagement, and analytics. Oversee website content, SEO, online listings, and digital performance. Create content for social media, email, web, print, photography, and video. Coordinate advertising, events, community outreach, and marketing vendors. Manage online reviews and reputation initiatives. Track marketing performance, leads, engagement, and ROI. Support marketing efforts across multiple practice locations. Ensure all marketing complies with HIPAA, patient consent, and medical advertising standards. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, or 3+ years of relevant experience. 3-5 years of marketing experience; healthcare, aesthetics, or plastic surgery preferred. Experience with digital marketing, SEO, social media, content creation, photography, and video. Strong writing, communication, organization, and project management skills.
