Job Description

Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to deadlines and budgets. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless project execution. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to address challenges. Prepare project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to align project outcomes with expectations. Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and optimizing resource allocation. Lead project meetings and maintain open communication with all team members.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management (Preferred)
• 10+ years of project management experience WITH a general contractor
• Experience with adaptive reuse, retail, restaurant, office, and/or medical office projects preferred
• Ground - Up, Tennant Improvement, Interiors (Preferred)
• Culture fit is critical for this hire.
