CRCSI is seeking a Part‑Time Crisis Specialist to support individuals and families in crisis throughout Fayette County.

What You'll Do:

• Answer local and national crisis calls, including the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline
• Provide walk‑in support and mobile crisis services throughout Fayette County, PA
• Conduct mental health assessments using evidence‑based practices
• Support individuals experiencing mental health crises, substance use relapse, domestic violence, or reentry challenges
• Utilize de‑escalation techniques and assist with individualized crisis planning
• Connect individuals with essential community resources such as housing, treatment, and case management
• Complete accurate and timely documentation in required systems
• Mobile crisis services are completed using a company vehicle — employees do not use their personal vehicles.

• Ability to work primarily evening shifts with rotating weekend coverage

Schedule & Pay:

• Primary shift: Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Base pay: $18.00 per hour
• Shift differentials available for weekend coverage —$4.00 per hour

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a mental health–related field is required,
• Valid driver's license required and must meet company insurance coverage requirements
• Must be able to obtain and maintain:
• FBI Criminal Background Clearance
• PA State Police Clearance
• PA Child Abuse Clearance
• Mandated Reporter Training
