Build Meaningful Client Relationships

Make proactive outreach calls and send personalized messages to clients

Check in regularlyespecially when there is no immediate need

Capture, remember, and follow up on personal details and life events

Create genuine, human conversations that go beyond insurance

Support Review Appointments

Proactively reach out to schedule and remind clients of account review meetings

Position reviews as valuable, helpful conversationsnot obligations

Ensure clients feel comfortable, prepared, and excited to connect

Help maintain a consistent cadence of reviews across the client base

Deliver an Exceptional New Client Experience

Welcome new clients with a personal call, message, or handwritten note

Set clear expectations for what working with the agency looks like

Schedule and support 60-day follow-up reviews

Create a smooth, friendly, and confidence-building onboarding experience

Assist with client appreciation initiatives and events

Support outreach efforts that strengthen the agencys community presence

Create moments that make clients feel connected beyond transactions

Help bring the relationship-first experience to life externally

Requirements

Get an Insurance License as part of onboarding
