Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

FP&A Manager
\nNassau County, NY | On-Site | Up to $120K
\nA growing, well-established global consumer products company is seeking an FP&A Manager to join its finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly recognized brand with a strong market presence, continued growth and an established history of success.
\nThis is a highly visible individual contributor role with exposure to senior leadership and business leaders across the organization. The FP&A Manager will play an important role in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and strategic decision support while working closely with stakeholders across multiple areas of the business.
\nResponsibilities include:
\n- \n
- Manage annual budgets, forecasts and long-range financial planning \n
- Develop and maintain financial models \n
- Analyze financial results, trends and variances \n
- Prepare monthly management reporting and variance analysis \n
- Partner with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders \n
- Support senior-level and board presentations \n
- Perform margin, cost and other financial analyses \n
- Support global financial projects and multiple business areas \n
- Prepare ad hoc analysis to support business decisions \n
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting \n
Qualifications:
\n- \n
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field \n
- 3-5+ years of FP&A experience \n
- Consumer products industry experience strongly preferred \n
- Retail experience is a big plus \n
- Excellent Excel and financial modeling skills \n
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial statements \n
- Experience supporting business leaders and key stakeholders \n
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills \n
- Must be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment \n
- Local Long Island candidates strongly preferred \n
This position is on-site in Nassau County, near the Suffolk County border , and offers a base salary of up to $120K .
