Feel free to enrich both your personal and work life and hop on board!Why you'll love this jobResponsible ​for supporting the ​implementation, operation, and ​continual improvement ​of a Training ​Management ​System ​(TMS), including ​system support, ​troubleshooting, reporting, ​process enhancements, and ​user assistance ​for ​Inflight Training ​operations.This role will ​support ​the ​auditing, issuance, and updating of ​Flight Attendant ​qualifications ​records in accordance with ​Federal Aviation ​Administration ​(FAA) and ​company ​policies.What you'll doAs noted above, this list is intended to reflect the current job but there may be additional essential functions (and certainly non-essential job functions) that are not referenced. Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations.Support the build out, implementation, and continual operation of a TMSDesign system workflows, identify operational/regulatory roadblocks, and develop resolutionsCreate and maintain playbook documentation for all processes, procedures, and design elementsManage system records including building new user profiles, maintain current records, and archiving historical recordsManage resource schedules, resolve scheduling conflicts, and assign trainees/instructors to applicable eventsDevelop training material and facilitate to downline usersCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders to receive feedback and implement refinements in support of the broader business unit objective(s)Coordinates with the FAA, DOD, IOSA, IEP etc. to provide timely and accurate data for auditsPerforms system-associated registration activities, including but not limited to report generation and specific assignment of flight attendants to trainingProvides records and/or systems explanations to internal and external customers as requestedManage day of class set-up for all training programsIssue/Update Flight Attendant qualifications following completion of training Flex to support additional duties, as neededAll you'll need for successMinimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED equivalencyPreferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job ExperienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience2 years of prior job experience1 year of project management experienceSkills, Licenses & CertificationsAdvanced knowledge of MS Office suite including Excel and AccessAdvanced knowledge of FOS and associated systemsKnowledge of Enterprise Learning Management SystemKnowledge of Flight Attendant CBAMust be able to handle shifting priorities and work independently Strong task organizational skills with adherence to developed business practices to ensure a high degree of accuracyAbility to coordinate task(s) amongst team, as neededWhat you'll getFeel free to take advantage of all that American Airlines has to offer: Travel Perks: Ready to explore the world?
