Registered Nurse (RN) – 8 W Cardiac Telemetry 1:3-4 Nurse/Pt Ratio City, State, United States Where You Will Work: 8 West is a cardiac telemetry unit with 46 progressive care beds focusing on patients' recovery from post-intensive care and medically complex conditions. Telemetry RNs are specifically tasked with caring for patients requiring close monitoring of their heart rates and rhythms. With low RN to patient ratios, we are looking for RNs passionate about cardiac care. We’re Looking For: Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association What You’ll Do: As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
