Our client, a global leader in healthcare and medical device manufacturing , is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to join their team. You will be part of the Manufacturing Engineering team supporting production and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and proactive leadership abilities that will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Pay Range: $44.98/hr

?? What's the Job?

• Lead and execute complex manufacturing engineering projects and technical initiatives.

• Provide engineering support to manufacturing operations while driving process improvements.

• Analyze manufacturing challenges, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions.

• Coordinate and support validation and verification activities for manufacturing processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality, efficiency, and operational performance.

? What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.

• 3-5 years of manufacturing engineering experience in a regulated production environment.

• Strong technical problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to lead projects independently and make recommendations in situations where established precedents may not exist.

• Previous Abbott Laboratories catheter manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
