People Source is seeking experienced commercial carpenters who take pride in quality workmanship, safety, and productivity. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile project with steady work and competitive pay.Thank you and stay safe.

Position Responsibilities

Install temporary stair systems throughout the construction project.
Build and install temporary handrails, guardrails, and fall protection systems.
Install temporary decking as required.
Read and interpret construction drawings and site plans.
Measure, cut, and assemble metal framing components.
Maintain compliance with all OSHA and site-specific safety requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of commercial construction carpentry experience.
Experience installing temporary stairs, handrails, decking, and site safety structures preferred.
Ability to read tape measures, blueprints, and construction drawings.
Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment.
Ability to work safely in an active construction environment.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights when required.
