We are seeking motivated Electro-Mechanical Assemblers to join our growing 45-person production team. This position is open to candidates with various levels of assembly background—whether your focus has been primarily mechanical, electronic, or a blend of both. In this role, you will build sub-assemblies and complete units, use precision measuring tools, and help maintain high quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic and mechanical sub-assemblies and final products using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
• Follow work instructions, engineering drawings, schematic wiring diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Perform basic functional testing and quality inspections to catch defects or performance issues early.
• Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, gauges, torque tools) to check component dimensions and alignment.
• Document accurate production data, logs, and quality inspection records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe station using 5S and lean manufacturing principles.
• Report material shortages, equipment bugs, or quality variations to supervisors promptly.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to hit daily production targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 1+ years of hands-on assembly experience (Electro-Mechanical, Mechanical, or Electronics experience preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret basic mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and written work instructions.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic precision measurement devices.
• Good manual dexterity, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.
• Physical capability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive hand movements, and lift up to [e.g., 30–50 lbs].

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a high-tech, medical device, or fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Basic soldering, crimping, or wire-harnessing experience.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S practices, or continuous improvement.
• Ability to build complex assemblies directly from Bills of Materials (BOMs).
