This document outlines our working relationship and the high standards we maintain together. 🤝 Our Partnership Model You are joining us as an Independent Contractor (1099). This means:

• You are your own business, and we are your client
• You have control over how the work is performed, following our quality checklists (to be provided)
• You are responsible for your own taxes, tools, transportation, and business insurance

We provide specialized cleaning services tailored to builders' evolving needs. Not every job includes every phase. You must be ready to adapt. Common Service Types:

• Rough Clean – Heavy dust/debris removal after drywall.
• Window Clean – Interior/exterior window detailing.
• Final Clean – The comprehensive, detailed clean for market readiness.
• Re-Cleans / Touch-Ups – Post-walkthrough refreshes.
• Specialty/Emergency Cleans – Unexpected requests arise regularly. Flexibility and a can-do attitude are essential.

As an Independent Contractor, you are required to carry and maintain your own business insurance. This is a non-negotiable condition of our partnership. Required Coverage:

1. General Liability Insurance: Minimum of $1,000,00... per occurrence. This protects you and our clients if property is accidentally damaged (e.g., scratched floor, broken appliance) or if someone is injured due to your work.
2. Recommended: Hired & Non-Owned Auto (HNOA) coverage if you use your personal vehicle for business travel between job sites.

• Secure a policy before your first assignment. Affordable options are available from providers like Next Insurance, Thimble, or a local agent.
• Provide Proof: You must email a current Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming "It's All Good Cleaning Company" as an Additional Insured or Certificate Holder before starting work.
• Keep it Active: Maintain continuous coverage for the duration of our partnership.
