Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth, ensuring they feel valued and attended to promptly
• Operate multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls to appropriate departments or personnel with courteous phone etiquette
• Handle data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and Word processing tools
• Maintain organized filing systems, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments or meetings for staff or clients
• Support office management activities including general clerical duties
• Process credit card payments.
• Scan documents into files.
• Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and maintaining positive client communication

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone communication and client interaction
• Demonstrated clerical experience with data entry, filing, proofreading, scanning files and calendar management
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
