Without you, it's just data.AMDEX is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team supporting a federal client. The Systems Engineer shall serve as a subject matter expert in systems engineering, providing technical expertise and guidance to support the development, integration, and testing of complex systems, including C5I systems. The ideal candidate shall possess a deep understanding of systems engineering principles, as well as experience with hardware, software, and firmware components. The Systems Engineer shall work independently and as part of a team to ensure that systems are designed, developed, and integrated to meet program and project goals.Responsibilities:Provide technical guidance and expertise to stakeholders on systems engineering matters, including system design, development, and integrationConduct assessments of system software components, including review of design documents, code reviews, and testing, to ensure compliance with system requirements and standardsAssess the integration and testing of complex systems, including system integration, testing, and validation, to ensure that systems meet performance, security, and other requirementsDevelop and maintain accurate and up-to-date systems documentation, including system design documents, test plans, and technical reports, to support system development, integration, and testingCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including software teams, systems engineering teams, and HRIT stakeholders, to ensure that systems are designed and developed to meet program and project goalsConduct systems analysis, including risk assessments, to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategiesAssess the development and implementation of systems validation and verification plans, including testing and validation procedures, to ensure that systems meet requirements and standardsEnsure compliance with system requirements, including performance, security, and other requirements, and identify and report any deviations or issues to stakeholdersRequirements:Bachelor's degreeAt least 6 years of relevant experience.AMDEX Corporation offers a competitive salary package and attractive benefits package.Medical | Dental | Vision (Base plan employee premiums 100% company paid)Employer Paid Life and Disability Insurance, STD and LTDEmployee Assistance Plan and Employee Discounts11 Federal Holidays | PTO accrual with carryover401(k) Plan with company match | Flexible Spending Accounts: Medical, Dependent, TransitTuition Reimbursement & Training Assistance
