Molding Operations Lead — Lean, Safety & Quality

Flex-N-Gate Detroit is seeking a Molding Supervisor to lead a team on the Detroit site. You will plan, supervise, and coordinate molding operations to meet production schedules, quality and cost targets while maximizing efficiency. Responsibilities include training, coaching, and organizing work, driving Lean practices, and maintaining a safe, productive environment.
