Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a PTA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to provide physical therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. You will also maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress.

Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists in the delivery of patient care, including exercises, modalities, and other interventions
• Conduct patient screenings to identify areas of concern and develop treatment plans in collaboration with physical therapists
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress, including documentation of patient data and communication with healthcare team members
• Collaborate with physical therapists to develop and implement treatment plans, ensuring a comprehensive approach to patient care

Requirements:

• Minimum 0 years of experience (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)
• High school diploma or equivalent (or currently pursuing)
• Successful completion of a Physical Therapist Assistant program from an accredited institution
• Current PTA licensure in the state of Massachusetts (if applicable)
