DescriptionKforce has a client that is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Developer in Secaucus, NJ.Responsibilities:* Develop Python-based automation tools, scripts, and workflows to streamline manual processes* Build AI-powered solutions using generative AI, NLP, and machine learning to analyze, classify, and review complex business data* Translate business requirements into scalable workflows for data ingestion, validation, exception handling, and reporting* Collaborate with business, compliance, legal, risk, and technical teams to deliver automation solutions* Create prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and production-ready applications* Design testing and validation processes to ensure accurate and reliable outputs* Build dashboards and reports that summarize findings and performance metrics* Document solution architecture, processes, and user guidanceRequirements* Strong Python development experience, including APIs, automation, and data-processing workflows* Experience with structured and unstructured data sources (JSON, CSV, documents, spreadsheets, APIs)* Hands-on experience with AI, machine learning, NLP, and generative AI technologies* Experience designing automation workflows with validation, logging, and error handling* Experience with libraries/frameworks such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, FastAPI, Flask, LangChain, and LlamaIndex* Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI-assisted text analysis* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsIdeal Candidate:A hands-on builder who can quickly understand business processes, identify automation opportunities, and develop practical AI solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.Job TypeContractCompensation68 - $78
