Housing Program Specialist HCV Re-Certifications & Compliance

System One is seeking a Housing Specialist in White Plains, NY to administer Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program functions, including re-certifications, admissions and HUD compliance onsite. Hours are 8:30am–5pm, Monday–Friday, with the contract-to-hire path. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or 3+ years’ experience with disadvantaged populations, strong attention to detail, and exceptional customer service.
