Radiologic Technologist - X-Ray (Evenings)

ROLE Provide mobile X-Ray and EKG services to nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and other places. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Take and process X-Ray images using special portable machines and send them to a doctor (Radiologist) to check. Bring the portable X-Ray machine into the facilities to perform tests that the doctor has requested. Make sure the X-Ray pictures are clear and helpful. If needed, perform EKG tests and send them to a heart doctor (Cardiologist) for review. Daily scan and save any exam-related paperwork and billing documents according to set rules. Stay in regular contact with dispatch and management to share updates. Communicate clearly and work professionally with coworkers, supervisors, and clients. Take care of the vehicle and X-Ray equipment. QUALIFICATIONS Keep required state licenses and/or ARRT certification, meet health requirements, and follow operational rules. Have a valid driver’s license in the state and ensure it is always in good standing.
