Follow CORE 4: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected. Greet and serve guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality. Foster excellence and create raving fans by executing Second Mile Service (2MS), Operational Excellence (OE), and creating emotional connections with customers (EC). Take orders with speed and accuracy Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items Protect the customer experience by ensuring quality and presentation, and accuracy of portions Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) Handle customer issues appropriately and participate in customer recovery Show up on time with a positive attitude and work hard for your entire shift Ensure appearance complies with the Handbook Continuously look for ways to improve efficiency Be responsible to fill your shift if you are unable to work Display good stewardship and a sense of ownership for the business Able to lift 20-30 pounds on a consistent basis Compensation $16.00 per hour Benefits and Team Experience A job at Chick-fil-A is more than just a job.
