What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver genuine, friendly, and attentive service to every guest
• Guide guests through our food, beverage, beer, wine, and cocktail menus with confidence
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them promptly
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards (Bartenders)
• Serve food and beverages with accuracy and attention to detail
• Anticipate guest needs and create memorable dining experiences
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and close checks accurately
• Answer the phone professionally and assist guests with reservations and to-go orders when needed
• Complete restroom checks and help maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant
• Work alongside hosts, bussers, kitchen team members, and leadership to ensure smooth service
• Complete opening, running side work, and closing duties
• Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines and company policies

What We're Looking For

• A positive attitude and passion for hospitality
• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong teamwork and willingness to jump in wherever needed
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Previous serving or bartending experience is preferred, but we are happy to train motivated individuals with the right attitude
