RN - OR Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum 3 years hospital experience License: Active RN license required Certifications: BLS and ACLS required Must-Have: Previous charge experience preferred Experience with Meditech charting system required Description:5x8 shifts, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.40 hours per week.On-call requirement includes nights, weekends, and holidays.On-call is typically 1 night per week.2-3 weekend shifts are required every 6-week schedule.Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius.Responsible for assessing each individual patient upon admission to the operating room, addressing biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, self-care, educational, discharge planning factors, and support for significant others/family as appropriate.Conduct ongoing assessments and identify patient needs/problems for nursing interventions.Develop individualized nursing care plans that meet the identified needs of each patient in the intraoperative setting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
