Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA Part-Time, 0.2 FTE Night Shift, Milwaukee, WICommunity Care is hiring Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistants/CNAs for the Night Shift at our Sacred Heart site in Milwaukee, WI. We are offering rewarding opportunities to provide care and service in peaceful, tidy and a well-supplied residential setting that is home to a sister community we serve.Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA Job Responsibilities:Provide various care services necessary for attending to the personal needsSupport the health of Community Care program membersServe as coordinator of care for scheduled weekend and holiday shiftsEnsure care and service delivery are in conformance with regulations, policies, procedures, and standards, established by Community CareCertified Nursing Assistant / CNA Job Requirements:Education: High School diploma or GED preferredWisconsin Certified Nursing Assistant license in good standing on registryExperience: Six months of experience providing personal care services for elderly or disabled adults in a group home, assisted living or long-term care environment and experience working with individuals with dementia.Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA Job Schedule:Hours of Operation: Monday - Sunday, Night Shift, 10:45 p.m. to 6:45 a.m. (8 hours per week)Every other weekendEvery other holidayAbout Community Care:Community Care is a local nonprofit with more than 40 years of experience helping older adults and adults with disabilities live as independently as possible within the community.
