OTR Solutions is looking for a data-driven, hands-on Demand Generation Manager to lead integrated marketing programs that generate qualified demand, accelerate pipeline, and contribute to revenue growth.

Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, this role will own demand generation strategy across paid media, email, website, content, partnerships, and other acquisition channels. You'll work closely with members of the Demand Generation team and cross-functional partners across Sales, Product, Technology, and Marketing to translate business goals into measurable growth programs.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a marketer who is equally comfortable setting strategy, guiding campaign execution, digging into performance data, testing new ideas, and stepping into campaign development when needed. You'll set the direction and priorities for demand generation initiatives while helping ensure campaigns are executed effectively and continuously optimized based on performance.

Responsibilities:

• Own demand generation strategy and campaign planning across products, audiences, and growth initiatives, translating revenue and pipeline goals into actionable marketing strategies.
• Lead the planning, development, launch, and optimization of integrated campaigns across paid media, email, website, content, partnerships, and emerging channels.
• Provide strategic direction and support to Demand Generation team members executing campaigns, establishing clear priorities, requirements, testing plans, and measures of success.
• Own performance across the funnel, using lead quality, conversion, acquisition cost, pipeline, and revenue data to identify opportunities and recommend optimizations.
• Manage paid media and campaign budgets, evaluating channel efficiency and adjusting investment based on performance and growth opportunities.
• Develop audience, lifecycle, nurture, and testing strategies that improve engagement and conversion, applying learnings across future campaigns.
• Partner closely with Sales and other cross-functional teams to improve lead quality, funnel performance, and the overall prospect experience.
• Translate campaign strategy and audience insights into effective messaging, creative direction, and conversion experiences.
• Remain hands-on with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, campaign platforms, and AI-enabled tools to support complex initiatives, troubleshoot issues, analyze performance, and improve execution.

What we look for:

• College degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, performance marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience owning multi-channel marketing programs from strategy and planning through execution, optimization, and performance analysis.
• Strong understanding of B2B demand generation, funnel performance, paid media, campaign measurement, and budget management.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and campaign management technologies. Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical and testing mindset with the ability to interpret campaign and pipeline data, identify trends, and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong project management and communication skills with the ability to establish priorities, guide contributors, and collaborate effectively across teams.
• High level of initiative, accountability, curiosity, and problem-solving ability, with the flexibility to move between strategic leadership and hands-on campaign work.

What Success Looks Like

You'll succeed in this role by developing a strong understanding of our audiences, products, and funnel, identifying opportunities for growth, and translating those opportunities into clear strategies and campaigns that the Demand Generation team can execute against.

You'll create clarity around what we're trying to accomplish, why it matters, how we'll measure success, and what we should do next based on performance. You'll also be close enough to the execution to identify gaps, solve problems, and step in when deeper expertise or additional support is needed.

The ideal candidate takes ownership of demand generation performance from strategy through measurement, helps other team members execute effectively, continuously tests new ideas, and uses both data and customer insights to improve how OTR Solutions creates and converts demand.
