Senior Project Manager – Strategic ProjectsWe are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of complex, large-scale LED deployments. This role is responsible for managing projects from design coordination through installation, commissioning, and final handover. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in the AV industry, particularly with large LED display systems, and will be comfortable coordinating across structural, electrical, mechanical, and media system disciplines.This individual will work closely with internal engineering teams, integration partners, general contractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest technical standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead large-scale strategic LED projects from pre-sales and proposal development through project kickoff, delivery, and final completion.Coordinate across multiple internal and external technical disciplines including:Structural mounting systemsElectrical power distributionMechanical integrationLED display systemsMedia playback systemsManage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and risk mitigation plans.Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams, external partners, and clients.Coordinate closely with engineering, manufacturing, operations, logistics, and installation teams.Track and manage project milestones, procurement schedules, and installation timelines.Conduct regular project status meetings and provide clear reporting to leadership.Support site coordination during installation and commissioning phases.Manage documentation including project plans, schedules, change orders, and commissioning reports.Travel to job sites as required to support project execution and stakeholder coordination.
