This role includes direct management and leadership of site-level Practice Managers and accountability for non-clinical operational performance, with a strong emphasis on patient retention, growth, and client experience. The Regional Director provides leadership, support, and development to regional staff to strengthen employee engagement, patient retention, and overall performance outcomes. This work is carried out in close collaboration with key partner leaders, including other Regional Directors, including but not limited to, Regional Nursing Directors, and Regional Medical Directors, to ensure alignment, consistency, and sustained operational excellence across the region.
