Grant Manager

Position Summary The Grants Manager will independently lead the planning and coordination of a growing portfolio of contracts and grants across Kenan-Flagler Business School and the Kenan Institute. As the school-level contact to OSR on all awarded projects, the position will perform a variety of duties to support the full life cycle of proposals and awarded sponsored research program projects ensuring compliance with applicable processes and guidelines. Responsibilities Plan and coordinate contracts and grant portfolios across Kenan-Flagler Business School and the Kenan Institute. Serve as the school-level contact to OSR on all awarded projects. Support the full life cycle of proposals and awarded sponsored research program projects, ensuring compliance with applicable processes and guidelines. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, accounting, or related discipline, or equivalent combination of training and experience. Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills. At least two years of experience in a pre/post award role in a research-intensive university environment. Experience with ConnectCarolina, Infoport, RAMSeS, FastLane, Grants.gov, and federal funding agencies. Ability to perform work with a high degree of autonomy and accuracy. UNC Chapel Hill experience is a plus.
