Accountable for personnel work for the location Arranging and implementing disciplinary measures and representing the company in laborcourt proceedings Operational advice to Managing Director on all personnel issues and on currentdevelopments and trends as well as on deviations from objectives Steering and implementing occupational health management Applying the overall People Management Group Strategy at the location Implementing the specified and developed strategic goals in alignment with CPMO and Entrepreneur Provision of personnel planning key figures for all managers and regular reporting Regular communication/exchange rounds across the functions of Brose Sitech in Palmelato establish a uniform understanding of Human Resources processes Strategic Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
