Hight Construction is seeking an experienced Jobsite Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects and lead crews with professionalism, accountability, and strong communication.

Responsibilities & Main Activities

• Oversee daily jobsite operations from project start to completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, schedules, and field personnel
• Maintain project quality, productivity, and safety standards
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction schedules
• Communicate effectively with project managers, owners, inspectors, and crews
• Conduct site inspections and address issues proactively
• Track progress and ensure work is completed according to plans and timelines
• Maintain organized jobsite documentation and reporting
• Enforce company safety policies and jobsite expectations
• Mentor and support field employees and younger tradespeople

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous superintendent, foreman, or leadership experience in commercial construction
• Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and safety practices
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and crews efficiently
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and scheduling work activities
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Computer and communication skills preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
