Find your place on our team and help us change the world!The Sr. Program Manager is accountable for the success of programs by managing programs from a high-level view, strategically guiding resources, enforcing processes to ensure efficient progress towards program objectives; and owning entire end-to-end life cycle of large-scale, cross-functional programs.Major Areas of AccountabilityProgram Leadership – lead the program team to overcome challenges, ensuring program aligns with company strategic goals and provide structureProgram Planning – oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of programs; manage interdependencies between projects; manage escalated issues and change of scope requestsProgram Execution – accountable for all program requirement and execution to program milestonesProgram Governance – create program framework and processes to drive program milestones; ensure collaboration and communication between teams (internal/external); ensure program aspects and team members follow all internal/external process requirementsProgram Financial Management – manage program budget including vendor management, forecast program revenue, support program scope changes with Sales Solutions teamCustomer Relationship Management – act as liaison between customers and SkyWater; responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships; holding both parties responsible and driving program objectivesRequired Qualifications:Education. Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business-related disciplineExperience: 5+ years in semiconductor & aerospace industry and program managementSkills: Expert in organizational and communication skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyCitizenship: US Citizen OR US PersonPreferred Qualifications:Technical experience in semiconductor industryCurrent, active security clearancePMP certificationThe annual salary range for this role is $134,080-$167,600. Pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, the job-related experience, skills, education, and credentials of each candidate.
