MISS A is growing fast, and we're looking for a reliable, upbeat Retail Key Holder and Sales Associates to join our team at Chicago Premium Outlets in Aurora, IL. This is a part-time role starting at $15.00–$16.50/hour with flexible scheduling — a great fit if you're balancing school, another job, or a busy life. We're an easy drive from Aurora, Naperville, Batavia, Geneva, and North Aurora, and we're looking for someone with at least a year of retail or shift-lead experience who's ready to take on real responsibility.

What You'll Do

• Open and/or close the store — trusted with keys, the alarm, and cash.
• Handle cash responsibly: counting tills, preparing deposits, and managing the safe.
• Lead the floor and keep the team on task when a manager isn't present.
• Deliver an exceptional, welcoming shopping experience to every customer.
• Keep the sales floor full, recovered, clean, and on-brand.
• Resolve customer and coworker situations with a calm, solutions-first approach.

What You'll Bring

• Must be at least 17 years old.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (key holder, shift lead, retail supervisor, or equivalent).
• Availability for a part-time schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Availability for opening and/or closing shifts.
• Comfort with cash handling — tills, deposits, and safe.
• Ability to stand and move for a full shift and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Dependability, trustworthiness, and initiative.

What We Offer (Compensation & Benefits)

• Pay: $15.00–$16.50 per hour (based on experience).
