RN Case Manager

Hospice of Lake Cumberland is looking for a full-time RN Case Manager to cover Pulaski County and surrounding areas. This position is a Monday-Friday salary position that includes an occasional weekend/weeknight for on-call coverage. Stipends are paid for on-call responsibilities. Hospice of Lake Cumberland covers seven counties (Casey, Clinton, Cumberland, McCreary, Pulaski, Russell and Wayne) and employees may be asked to cover any of these counties. Two years varied work experience as a professional nurse preferred; minimum one year in acute setting. Cannot have any lifting restrictions as this is a vital function of a nurse, therefore there is no light duty available for nurses.
